Sydney Sixers Vs Hobart Hurricanes 4th Match Preview
Sydney Sixers Team Preview
Sydney made the worst possible start to their campaign with a crisp 36 runs loss against their Sydney alternatives. After watching their squad there was a feeling that it lacked batting depth as Johan Botha batted at number six which was one slot above he would normally bat.
They will be boosted by the return of their all rounder Moises Henriques who did well in the Indian Premier League too. His return will provide right balance to their XI. After first match twitter reactions were that Sixers will be the bottom placed team this season. But they always had that kind of team be it the first season which they won.
Squad: Moises Henriques (c), Sean Abbott, Jackson Bird, Doug Bollinger, Johan Botha, Brad Haddin, Nick Larkin, Trent Lawford, Michael Lumb, Nathan Lyon, Nic Maddinson, Steve O’Keefe, Jordan Silk
Hobart Hurricanes Team Preview
Hobart will start their campaign for this season of Big Bash League and they have done well with the squad in the trading. They have made some smart annexes in the squad with Kumar Sangakkara , Shaun Tait and Dan Christian representing them for the first time. In Tim Paine, George Bailey and Darren Sammy they have powerful batting line up. The form of Darren Sammy will be a concern for them as he has not done well for the clubs and national team he has played for.
Ben Dunk should provide swift starts along with the skipper Tim Paine. The middle order might be too one dimensional with both accumulators, Bailey and Sangakkara, in their. They have let go off Alex Hales and Shoaib Malik and both of them are in decent form now.
Squad: Tim Paine, Ben Dunk, Cameron Boyce, Darren Sammy, Jake Reed, Timm van der Gugten, Michael Hill, Sam Rainbird, Jon Wells, Beau Webster, George Bailey, Dan Christian, Clive Rose, Simon Milenko, Shaun Tait, Jonathan Wells, Dominic Michael, Kumar Sangakkara, Joe Mennie

4th Match Sixers Vs Hurricanes Prediction, Odds & Betting Tips
Sydney Sixers are still favourite to win at 1.84 which is largely due to the fact at Moises Henriques is back in the team which restores their balance. Looking at their bowling strength, Sixers’ bowling is certainly stronger than Hurricanes’ but its the batting depth in which Hurricanes have the upper hand so we are backing Hurricanes to win the match.
