England vs Australia 2015
2nd ODI Cricket Match Prediction 2015
England vs Australia 2nd ODI Preview
It has just been a day since Australia humbled England in the first ODI at Aegas Bowl. Australia was 1.32 once they won the toss and had a decent start. But as we suggested this price for the Aussies was not justified as they had they batsmen and the depth but they were not confident enough.
As it turned out they were six down with 193 runs on the board and, thanks to the depth in the batting, were one wicket away from the tail. As it turned out Mathew Wade and Mitchell Marsh turned up for the visitors and took the score past 300 when at one point of time they struggled to get to 280.
Matthew Wade was the aggressor in the partnership worth 112 runs. He was aptly judged man of the match for his innings of 71 off 50 balls at a time when his partner, Mitchell Marsh struggled to get the big hits.

However, the failure of the much-fancied middle order will be a matter of concern for the visitors. Though each of George Bailey and Glenn Maxwell showed promise but they could not carry the innings forward.
England were in the chase for most part of their innings and more so with a 70-run opening partnership that too at run a ball. Jason Roy looked good and got to his maiden ODI international fifty. But the middle order failed to capitalise on the start and some of it has to be accredited to high quality fast bowling by Australian pacers.
On a pitch which was keeping low at times but otherwise was a good surface to bat, the bowlers gave nothing away once new batsmen arrived. They were strangulated by tight bowling which resulted in the wickets.
With Australia ahead 1-0 in the five match One Day series England will need a special effort to come back into the series. Also the records are not on their side as England has lost 10 of the last 11 ODIs these two teams played.

England vs Australia 2nd ODI Pitch Report
The match is to be played at the iconic Lord’s and the pitch is expected to be a belter for the batsmen but the average score of 259 does not tell us a story. However, it is expected to be another high scoring game with the chasing team expected to fare better this time.
England vs Australia 2nd ODI Winner Tips and Prediction
Australia is still 1.66 to win the match even after the dominant performance in the first ODI. While England had their moments in the game, Australian bowling was too good for them. Keeping in mind the batting depth Australia possess we are once again going with Australia to win the match.
